Forms of Payment
To ensure your payment security CloccaCape uses PayPal to process all payments, however, you do not need a PayPal account to complete your order. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may safely enter your credit card information or PayPal account information and your payment will be processed securely by PayPal. The CloccaCape web site maintains a security certificate with (??? e.g. GoDaddy.com) which ensures your confidential information is encrypted and transmitted securely.
Shipping Policy
Your CloccaCape order will be shipped via (USPS, United States Postal Service.) Shipping charges are calculated based on the total number of capes sold. We make every effort to accurately calculate your shipping cost based on the (USPS) price schedule. During the check out process your shipping will be Priority Envelope (1-3 capes)(2-3 days), Priority Small Box (4-9 capes)(2-3 days) or Priority Box (10-?) (3-4 days). All orders of 10 or more capes will be delivered free of charge.
Ship to North America
CloccaCape is dedicated to providing quality CloccaCapes to customers in North America. We ship to the 50 US States, Military Post Offices, US territories and Canada. We do not ship to any foreign countries except Canada.

Account Information
We do not use your account information for any purpose and do not share this with any other parties. See our Privacy Policy for more information on our commitment to your privacy. We do not store your credit card information. You will need to enter this every time you shop.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your CloccaCape purchase you may return any item except embroidered items within 30 days of the purchase date. To ensure a timely refund please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Place the unopened item back in the original shipping carton. Email CloccaCape at contactus@cloccacapes.com for return authorization and shipping instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Return credits will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the product at CloccaCape. Return policy void if care instructions are not followed correctly.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders from customers in the state of Wisconsin (5.5%). The sales tax will be automatically computed on your on-line order form.
Privacy
We absolutely respect your privacy. We do not sell our customer list. We do not subscribe to any service that collects information about you. You will not be put on our newsletter mailing list unless you subscribe to the newsletter. You may remove yourself from our newsletter subscriber list at any time.
