Salon MarketPlace Review

The CloccaCape design was created in September of 2007 by Rob Tagatz, a hair stylist in Green Bay, WI. With six years of hair styling and 16 years of business experience at the time, he decided to redesign a salon cape from a hair stylists' perspective. Rob then went to his mother in May of 2008 to have her help him create the new design from his drawings. His mother Jillaine has been an amazing seamstress all her life, and loves working with material and design. Working all summer long, many redesigns later, they came up with their finalized CloccaCape design!
