Water-Resistant vs. Waterproof

A garment that is water resistant is treated with a finish that is resistant but not impervious by water, while a garment that is waterproof is covered or treated with a material to prevent permeation by water. Our capes are constructed and categorized by these differences.

Thus as a customer of CloccaCapes, Inc. it is absolutely necessary for your own safety that if you have a pace maker and/or any other type of implanted heart device and/or ICEs that you first talk to your physician and obtain their permission prior utilizing this hair styling cape.

By purchasing this cape you hereby waive, release and discharge, with full knowledge, any and all claims for personal injury or property damage, which may occur to you or to your clients as a result of the use of the styling cape, against CloccaCapes, Inc., its owners, employees, or agents. This release is intended to discharge CloccaCapes, Inc. its owners, employees, or agents, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with use of the hairstyling cape.
